The first question you should ask about any of the Presidential candidates is: “Can I trust this person?”
The only person running for President in 2012 that I can definitely answer yes to is Ron Paul.
Thanksgiving Family Forum – Ron Paul Highlights
Ron Paul Family – How’s this for consistency?
The last time I said this was when Ross Perot was running for President in 1992.
Twenty years is a long time.
The American people made a mistake in 1992 in not electing Ross Perot.
I hope and pray they do not make the same mistake again in 2012.
Vote your conscience.

The American people simply want the illegal aliens to go home and the immigration laws enforced.
Let all the illegal aliens deport themselves.
Illegal aliens should have no jobs, no education, no medical care, no welfare and no transportation home paid for by the American people.
Deport all illegal aliens immediately, just like Mexico.
The American people will not support Gingrich and Perry, closet progressive and neoconservative Republicans, that are soft on illegal immigration.
The American people want the immigration laws enforced–deportation is required by law.
The political establishments of both parties still do not get it and neither does Newt Gingrich.
Enforce the immigration laws.
With 33 million American looking for a full-time job, we do not want to hear any candidate talking about a guest worker program.
Give me a break.
At least 10 million unskilled and inexperienced American citizens do not have jobs because both political parties allowed illegal immigration from Mexico and Central America to enter the country by not enforcing the immigration laws.
The American people keep telling the political ruling class in Washington to enforce the immigration laws and deport illegal aliens.
Both the Democratic and Republican party establishment refuses to listen to the will of the American people.
Both Gingrich and Perry are not be getting my vote because they are “soft” on immigration law enforcement.
I will not listen to or vote for any politician, Democratic or Republican, that will not enforce immigration laws or wants to change the law so that those who came here illegally can stay.
Newt, you lost my vote in 2008 when you did not run.
Newt will not get my vote in 2012 and neither will Romney nor Perry.
The American people want illegal immgration stopped and those here illegally to be deported–enforce the immigration laws.
The American people oppose any form of amnesty whether it be called a pathway to citizenship or a pathway to legality.
The American people support limited and controlled legal immigration where the number of legal immigrants each year is tied to the unemployment rate.
For example, when the unemployment rate is at or above 8% the number of legal immigrants should be limited to 200,000.
When the unemployment rate is at or below 2% the number of legal immigrants should be to 500,000 or less.
Vote and support Ron Paul.

How Obama is Transforming America Through Immigration
by Mark Krikorian
“…In this penetrating Broadside, Mark Krikorian lays out the details of Obama’s open-borders approach to immigration and its political consequences. Krikorian, one of the leading critics of current immigration policy, examines the Administration’s record of weakening enforcement and describes how legislation crafted by the president’s supporters in Congress would ensure new waves of illegal immigration. Krikorian also explains how continued high levels of immigration, regardless of legal status, would progressively move the United States in the direction of more government and less liberty.”

A great and brilliant speech from a young Ron Paul supporter. Three cheers for capitalism!
My advice to classical liberals or libertarians and Ron Paul supporters is to stay clear of the Occupy Wall Street mob.
The primary organizers of Occupy Wall Street are radical left political parties and unions.
All of them are collectivists that oppose limited government and instead want to increase government dependency.
Just to name a few, they include the Communist Party USA, Socialist Party USA, Democratic Socialists of America, Maoist Revolutionary Communist Party, Trotskyist Socialist Workers Party, Worker’s World Party, SEIU, and AFL-CIO.
Do not become one of the dupes.
The entire Occupy Wall Street action is a distraction from the Obama Administration’s and Democratic Party’s failed economic policies resulting in even higher unemployment rates and more people dependent upon government.
This is exactly why Obama intentionally implemented the first stimulus package and now asks for a second one relabeled the American Jobs Act.
Both Obama and Occupy Wall Street are executing the Cloward-Piven strategy to blame the high unemployment on business and not the government.
Government is the problem not the solution.
All the far left radical parties are advocating more government in the form of socialism and communism as the solution.
Simply ignore Occupy Wall Street.
They will quickly fade into history and be soon forgotten.

Angela Davis interviewed by Julian Bond: Explorations in Black Leadership Series
Angela Y. Davis
“…Angela Y. Davis (born January 26, 1944) is an American political activist, scholar, and author. Davis was most politically active during the late 1960s through the 1970s and was associated with the Communist Party USA, the Civil Rights Movement and the Black Panther Party. Prisoner rights have been among her continuing interests; she is the founder of “Critical Resistance”, an organization working to abolish the “prison-industrial complex”. She is a retired professor with the History of Consciousness Department at the University of California, Santa Cruz and is the former director of the university’s Feminist Studies department.[1] Her research interests are in feminism, African American studies, critical theory, Marxism, popular music and social consciousness, and the philosophy and history of punishment and prisons.[2]
Her membership in the Communist Party led to Ronald Reagan’s request in 1969 to have her barred from teaching at any university in the State of California. She was tried and acquitted of suspected involvement in the Soledad brothers’ August 1970 abduction and murder of Judge Harold Haley in Marin County, California.
She was twice a candidate for Vice President on the Communist Party USA ticket during the 1980s. …”

Working Families Party: Agendas, Activities, and Alliances
By Richard Poe
Discover The Networks
2005
Democratic Socialists of America
“…The Working Families Party (WFP) is a front group for the radical cult ACORN. It functions as a political party in New York State and Connecticut, promoting ACORN-friendly candidates. Unlike conventional political parties, WFP charges its members dues – about $60 per year – a policy characteristic of ACORN and its affiliates.
According to the party’s Web site, WFP is a coalition founded by ACORN, the Communications Workers of America, and the United Automobile Workers. However, ACORN clearly dominates the coalition. New York ACORN leader Steven Kest was the moving force in forming the party. WFP headquarters is located at the same address as ACORN’s national office, at 88 Third Avenue in Brooklyn.
“The [Working Families Party] was created in 1998 to help push the Democratic Party toward the left,” noted the Associated Press on March 28, 2000. In pursuit of this goal, WFP runs radical candidates in state and local elections. Generally, WFP candidates conceal their extremism beneath a veneer of populist rhetoric, promoting bread-and-butter issues designed to appeal to union workers and other blue-collar voters, Republican and Democrat alike.
The Working Families Party benefits from a quirk of New York State election law, which allows parties to “cross-endorse” candidates of other parties. Thus when Hillary Clinton ran for the Senate in 2000, she ran both on the Democratic Party ticket and on the Working Families Party ticket. Of the 3.4 million popular votes Hillary received from New Yorkers, the Working Families Party delivered 103,000. …”

Democratic Socialists of America (DSA)
- Largest Socialist organization in the U.S.
- Works closely with the radical Democratic Progressive Caucus
At the height of the Cold War and the Vietnam War era, the Socialist Party USA of Eugene Debs and Norman Thomas split in two over the issue of whether to criticize or even denounce the Soviet Union, its allies, and Communism: One faction rejected and denounced the USSR and its allies, including Castro’s Cuba, the Sandinistas, North Vietnam and the Viet Cong, and supported Poland’s Solidarity Movement, etc. This anti-Communist faction took the name Social Democrats USA. (Many of its leaders — including Carl Gershman, who became Jeane Kirkpatrick’s counselor of embassy at the United Nations — grew more conservative and became Reagan Democrats.) The other faction, however, refused to reject Marxism, refused to criticize or denounce the Soviet Union and its allies, and continued to support their policies — including the Soviet-backed nuclear-freeze program that would have consolidated Soviet nuclear superiority in Europe. This faction, whose leading figure was Michael Harrington, in 1973 took the name Democratic Socialist Organizing Committee (DSOC), whose membership included many former Students for a Democratic Society activists. By 1979 DSOC had made major inroads into the Democratic Party and claimed a national membership of some 3,000 people. In 1982 DSOC merged with the New American Movement to form the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).
DSA describes itself as “the principal U.S. affiliate of the Socialist International” and ranks as the largest socialist organization in the United States. “We are socialists,” reads the organization’s boilerplate, “because we reject an international economic order sustained by private profit, alienated labor, race and gender discrimination, environmental destruction, and brutality and violence in defense of the status quo.” “To achieve a more just society,” adds DSA, “many structures of our government and economy must be radically transformed. … Democracy and socialism go hand in hand. All over the world, wherever the idea of democracy has taken root, the vision of socialism has taken root as well—everywhere but in the United States.”
DSA summarizes its philosophy as follows: “Today … [r]esources are used to make money for capitalists rather than to meet human needs. We believe that the workers and consumers who are affected by economic institutions should own and control them. Social ownership could take many forms, such as worker-owned cooperatives or publicly owned enterprises managed by workers and consumer representatives. Democratic Socialists favor as much decentralization as possible. … While we believe that democratic planning can shape major social investments like mass transit, housing, and energy, market mechanisms are needed to determine the demand for many consumer goods.”
DSA seeks to increase its political influence not by establishing its own party, but rather by working closely with the Democratic Party to promote leftist agendas. “Like our friends and allies in the feminist, labor, civil rights, religious, and community organizing movements, many of us have been active in the Democratic Party,” says DSA. “We work with those movements to strengthen the party’s left wing, represented by the Congressional Progressive Caucus. … Maybe sometime in the future … an alternative national party will be viable. For now, we will continue to support progressives who have a real chance at winning elections, which usually means left-wing Democrats.”
Until 1999, DSA hosted the website of the Progressive Caucus. Following a subsequent expose of the link between the two entities, the Progressive Caucus established its own website under the auspices of Congress. But DSA and the Progressive Caucus remain intimately linked. All 58 Progressive Caucus members also belong to DSA. In addition to these members of Congress, other prominent DSA members include Noam Chomsky, Ed Asner, Gloria Steinem, and Cornel West, who serves as the organization’s honorary Chair.
DSA was a Cosponsoring Organization of the April 25, 2004 “March for Women’s Lives” held in Washington, D.C., a rally that drew more than a million demonstrators advocating for the right to unrestricted, taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand.
DSA was also a signatory to a petition of self-described “civil society” organizations that opposed globalization and “any effort to expand the powers of the World Trade Organization (WTO) through a new comprehensive round of trade liberalization.”
DSA endorsed Pay Equity Now! – a petition jointly issued in 2000 by the National Organization for Women, the Philadelphia Coalition of Labor Union Women, and the International Wages for Housework Campaign – to “expose and oppose U.S. opposition to pay equity” for women. The petition charged that: “the U.S. government opposes pay equity – equal pay for work of equal value – in national policy and international agreements”; “women are often segregated in caring and service work for low pay, much like the housework they are expected to do for no pay at home”; and “underpaying women is a massive subsidy to employers that is both sexist and racist.”
In the wake of 9/11, DSA characterized the terror attacks as acts of retaliation for American-perpetrated global injustices. “We live in a world,” said DSA, “organized so that the greatest benefits go to a small fraction of the world’s population while the vast majority experiences injustice, poverty, and often hopelessness. Only by eliminating the political, social, and economic conditions that lead people to these small extremist groups can we be truly secure.”
Strongly opposed to the U.S. War on Terror and America’s post-9/11 military engagements in Afghanistan and Iraq, DSA is a member organization of the United For Peace and Justice anti-war coalition led by Leslie Cagan, a longtime committed socialist who aligns her politics with those of Fidel Castro’s Communist Cuba.
DSA publishes a quarterly journal titled Democratic Left, which discusses issues of concern to the organization and its constituents. The Founding Editor of this publication was Michael Harrington. DSA has also created a youth association called Young Democratic Socialists.
Annual fees for membership in DSA range from $15 to $60 per year. DSA raises additional funds via sales made through its online Book Shop, which features dozens of titles by leftist authors, among whom are Michael Harrington, Barbara Ehrenreich, Cornel West, Todd Gitlin, Stanley Aronowitz, Howard Zinn, Eric Foner, Tom Hayden, Manning Marable, Michael Eric Dyson, and Frances Fox Piven and Richard Cloward.
As of March 2010, some of DSA’s most notable honorary chairs included Barbara Ehrenreich, Dolores Huerta, Frances Fox Piven (co-creator of the Cloward-Piven Strategy), Eliseo Medina (executive vice president of the Service Employees International Union), Gloria Steinem, and Cornel West.

George Soros
“…George Soros is one of the most powerful men on earth. A New York
hedge fund manager, he has amassed a personal fortune estimated at
about $13
billion (as of 2009). His company, Soros
Fund Management, controls at
least another $25
billion
in investor assets. Since 1979, Soros’s foundation network — whose
flagship is the Open
Society Institute (OSI) — has dispensed more than $5 billion to
a multitude of organizations whose objectives are consistent
with those of Soros. With assets of $1.93 billion as of 2008, OSI
alone donates scores of millions of dollars annually to these
various groups. Following
is a sampling of the major agendas advanced by groups that Soros and
OSI support financially. Listed under each category heading are a few
OSI donees fitting that description. …”
“…
The Open Society Institute is not the only vehicle by which George
Soros works to reshape America’s political landscape. Indeed, Soros
was the prime mover in the creation of the so-called “Shadow
Democratic Party,” or “Shadow
Party,” in 2003. This term refers to a nationwide network of
labor unions, non-profit activist groups, and think
tanks whose agendas are ideologically to the left, and which are
engaged in campaigning for the Democrats. This network’s activities
include fundraising, get-out-the-vote drives, political advertising,
opposition research, and media manipulation.
The Shadow Party
was conceived
and organized principally by George
Soros, Hillary
Clinton and Harold
McEwan Ickes — all identified with the Democratic
Party left. Other key players included:
- Morton
H. Halperin: Director of Soros’ Open
Society Institute - John
Podesta: Democrat strategist and former chief of staff for Bill
Clinton - Jeremy Rosner: Democrat strategist
and pollster, ex-foreign policy speechwriter for Bill Clinton - Robert Boorstin: Democrat
strategist and pollster, ex-national security speechwriter for Bill
Clinton - Carl
Pope: Co-founder of America
Coming Together, Democrat strategist, and Sierra
Club Executive Director - Steve
Rosenthal: Labor leader, CEO of America Coming Together, and
former chief advisor on union matters to Clinton Labor Secretary
Robert
Reich - Peter
Lewis: Major Democrat donor and insurance entrepreneur - Rob Glaser: Major Democrat donor
and Silicon Valley pioneer - Ellen
Malcolm: Co-founder and President of America Coming
Together, and founder of EMILY’s
List - Rob McKay: Major Democrat donor,
Taco Bell heir, and McKay Family Foundation President - Lewis and Dorothy Cullman: Major Democrat donors
To develop the Shadow Party as a cohesive entity, Harold Ickes
undertook the task of building a 21st-century version of the Left’s
traditional alliance of the “oppressed” and
“disenfranchised.” By the time Ickes was done, he had
created or helped to create six new groups, and had co-opted a
seventh called MoveOn.org.
Together, these seven groups constituted the administrative core of

These organizations, along with the many leftist groups with which
they collaborate, have played a major role in helping Soros
advance his political and social agendas.
According
to Richard Poe, co-author (with David Horowitz) of the 2006 book
The Shadow Party:
“The Shadow Party is the real power driving the
Democrat machine. It is a network of radicals dedicated to
transforming our constitutional republic into a socialist hive. The
leader of these radicals is … George Soros. He has essentially
privatized the Democratic Party, bringing it under his personal
control. The Shadow Party is the instrument through which he
exerts that control…. It works by siphoning off hundreds of
millions of dollars in campaign contributions that would have gone to
the Democratic Party in normal times, and putting those contributions
at the personal disposal of Mr. Soros. He then uses that money
to buy influence and loyalty where he sees fit. In 2003, Soros
set up a network of privately-owned groups which acts as a shadow or
mirror image of the Party. It performs all the functions we
would normally expect the real Democratic Party to perform, such as
shaping the Party platform, fielding candidates, running campaigns,
and so forth. However, it performs these functions under the
private supervision of Mr. Soros and his associates. The Shadow Party
derives its power from its ability to raise huge sums of money.
By controlling the Democrat purse strings, the Shadow Party can make
or break any Democrat candidate by deciding whether or not to fund
him. During the 2004 election cycle, the Shadow Party raised more
than $300 million for Democrat candidates, prompting one of its
operatives, MoveOn PAC director Eli
Pariser, to declare, ‘Now it’s our party. We bought it,
we own it…'”

Segment 2: Collectivists vs. Individualists: Occupy Wall Street Compared To Tea Party–Videos
“The collectivists idolize only the one true church, only the great nation . . . only the true state; everything else they condemn. For that reason all collectivists doctrines are harbingers of irreconcilable hatred and war to the death.”
“Individualism resulted in the fall of autocratic government, the establishment of democracy, the evolution of capitalism, technical improvements, and an unprecedented rise in standards of living. It substituted enlightenment for old superstitions, scientific methods of research for inveterate prejudices.”
“Capitalism means free enterprise, sovereignty of the consumers in economic matters, and sovereignty of the voters in political matters. Socialism means full government control of every sphere of the individuals life and the unrestricted supremacy of the government in its capacity as central board of production management.”
“There is simply no other choice than this: either to abstain from interference in the free play of the market, or to delegate the entire management of production and distribution to the government. Either capitalism or socialism: there exists no middle way.”

The federal deficit is the amount each year by which federal outlays in the federal budget exceed federal receipts. But the gross federal debt increases each year by substantially more than the amount of the deficit each year. That is because a substantial amount of federal borrowing is not counted in the budget. Lawmakers Trade Blame as Deficit Talks Crumble
By ERIC LIPTON
“…Democrats blamed the Republicans for their unwillingness to yield on a no-new-taxes pact they signed at the request of a conservative antitax group, arguing that the American public realizes that no grand deal could be reached without a combination of spending cuts and new tax revenue.
“As long as we have some Republican lawmakers who feel more enthralled with a pledge they took to a Republican lobbyist than they do to a pledge to the country to solve the problems, this is going to be hard to do,” Senator Patty Murray, Democrat of Washington and the committee’s co-chairwoman, said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”
But Representative Jeb Hensarling, Republican of Texas, the co-chairman, said it was the Democrats’ inflexibility that had caused the impasse, particularly when it came to agreeing to major money-saving changes in social programs like Medicare and Social Security.
“Unfortunately, what we haven’t seen in these talks from the other side is any Democrats willing to put a proposal on the table that actually solves the problems,” Mr. Hensarling said on “Fox News Sunday.”
At the White House, officials made a final effort to spur the committee on to a solution. “Avoiding accountability and kicking the can down the road is how Washington got into this deficit problem in the first place,” a White House spokeswoman, Amy Brundage, said in a statement. “So Congress needs to do its job here and make the kind of tough choices to live within its means that American families make every day.” …”
“…The Democrats said that the refusal of the Republicans on the bipartisan committee to agree to allow tax cuts first passed during the Bush administration to expire at the end of 2012 — which would be one way to raise new revenue, to match spending cuts the Democrats have agreed to accept — was to blame.
“If they will give up their insistence on the Bush tax cuts, we can get this done,” Mr. Kerry said on “Meet the Press.”
But Republicans countered that with the economy already weak, Congress would do more harm if it agreed to a deal that would significantly increase federal revenue, implying that the package that the Democrats had pushed called for at least $1 trillion in new taxes.
“You can’t grow if you raise taxes in the middle of a recession,” Senator Jon Kyl, Republican of Arizona, a committee member and the second-ranking Republican in the Senate, said, also on “Meet the Press.”
With failure looming, the focus was increasingly turning to how to perhaps change the mix of automated budget cuts before they take effect in January 2013.
The Congressional Budget Office has estimated that domestic programs — including education, transportation and immigration — would be cut by 7.8 percent in 2013 and that Medicare spending would fall by about 2 percent. The biggest cut would be to defense programs, which would be reduced by about 10 percent.
But several large programs would be exempt from automatic cuts, including Social Security, Medicaid, veterans’ benefits and various antipoverty programs, based on the agreement Congress and the White House reached in the summer. This is partly why certain Democrats in recent weeks have become less willing to compromise — the automated cuts, they concluded, may be better than anything they could negotiate. …”

Ron Paul Gets 89 Seconds To Speak In CBS Debate
Paul Joseph Watson

November 13, 2011
“…Congressman Ron Paul was a victim of what later transpired to be a deliberate policy on behalf of CBS News to restrict the air time of certain candidates during last night’s Republican debate, after he was afforded just 90 seconds of speaking time during the course of the event in South Carolina last night.
“…Obviously, that policy of limiting air time to certain candidates was also applied to Congressman Ron Paul, despite the fact that he has consistently won straw polls and proven himself as a top tier candidate in national polls.
As we have documented, despite his popularity the establishment media has deliberately downplayed and sidelined Paul’s campaign.
After Ron Paul finished a close second to Bachmann in the highly regarded Ames straw poll, and was subsequently blacklisted by the corporate press, Politico’s Roger Simon said the reason for him being ignored was that “the media doesn’t believe he has a hoot in hells chance of winning the Iowa caucuses, the Republican nomination or winning the presidency, so we’re gonna ignore him.”
“We are in the business of kicking candidates out of the race,” CNN host Howard Kurtz responded. …”

CBS on defensive after Republican debate
By Josh Lederman
“…”CBS’ coverage of the Republican Debate from Wofford College in Spartanburg was scheduled by the network to air for one hour on the CBS affiliates around the country with any overage to air Sunday morning on Face the Nation,” said Rob Romine, the station’s general manager. “We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and for any confusion Mr. Pelley’s comments have caused by telling South Carolina viewers to stay tuned for more debate coverage.”
The other major line of attack came from the candidates, many of whom complained during the debate that strict adherence to 60-second time limits and 30-second rebuttals prevented them from fully articulating any policy and kept many of the minor candidates in the shadows. Jon Huntsman joked that he felt like he was in Siberia; Rick Santorum concurred.
Ron Paul’s campaign was the first to cry foul after the debate, with his chairman, Jesse Benton, accusing CBS News of arrogance and of thinking they could choose the next president. Two hours later, Paul supporters received a message with the subject line “What a joke.”
“Ninety seconds. That’s how much of the first hour of tonight’s GOP debate was given to Ron Paul. 90 measly seconds out of 3,600 seconds,” wrote campaign manager John Tate.
But it was Michele Bachmann whose complaint came backed up by evidence that concerns about candidates’ being sidelined were raised even before the debate took place.
Just after the debate ended, Bachmann’s campaign accused CBS News of deliberately keeping her questions to a minimum and planning a biased debate, with campaign manager, Keith Nahigian, reportedly calling CBS’s newly anointed political director, John Dickerson, a “piece of s**t.” …”

Scott Pelley
Pelley’s Liberal Path to the Anchor Chair
“…On Monday, June 6, 2011, Scott Pelley took over as anchor of the CBS Evening News, following the departure of Katie Couric. A review of the MRC’s archive reveals Pelley will most likely continue the long tradition of liberal bias advanced by his anchor predecessors Couric, Dan Rather and Walter Cronkite.
From celebrating the likes of liberal heroes like Hillary Clinton, saying that she is of the rare few that can match Barack Obama’s “global star power” to even offering praise of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, depicting him as a “genuinely humble” figure with “no fancy clothes, fancy cars” who was “absolutely incorruptible,” Pelley’s new stint as anchor promises to be one filled with biased platitudes for those on the left and harsh criticism of the right. Below are just a dozen examples of Pelley’s slanted take over the years as a CBS correspondent for the Evening News and 60 Minutes. …”

Bolshevik
“…The Bolsheviks, originally also[1] Bolshevists[2] (Russian: большевики, большевик (singular) Russian pronunciation: [bəlʲʂᵻˈvʲik], derived from bol’shinstvo, “majority”) were a faction of the Marxist Russian Social Democratic Labour Party (RSDLP) which split apart from the Menshevik faction[3] at the Second Party Congress in 1903. [4]
The Bolsheviks were the majority faction in a crucial vote, hence their name. They ultimately became the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.[5] The Bolsheviks came to power in Russia during the October Revolution phase of the Russian Revolution of 1917, and founded the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic which would later in 1922 become the chief constituent of the Soviet Union.
The Bolsheviks, founded by Vladimir Lenin, were by 1905 a mass organization consisting primarily of workers under a democratic internal hierarchy governed by the principle of democratic centralism, who considered themselves the leaders of the revolutionary working class of Russia. Their beliefs and practices were often referred to as Bolshevism. Bolshevik revolutionary leader Leon Trotsky commonly used the terms “Bolshevism” and “Bolshevist” after his exile from the Soviet Union to differentiate between what he saw as true Leninism and the regime within the state and the party which arose under Stalin. …”

Near the end of his Tuesday’s radio talk show, Bill Bennett announced that he will have a surprise guest on his show Wednesday.
He did not mention the guest’s name because he thought you would not want to listen.
Will the surprise guest be Ron Paul?
Keep in mind that Newt Gingrich was on the show Tuesday and Bennett has a standing offer to all the Presidential candidates to call in and be on the radio show.
Also keep in mind that Paul mentioned Bill Bennett by name as one of the neoconservatives.

UPDATED
Never mind.
I am not surprised that Bill Bennett invites William A. Galston, a progressive liberal Democrat, student of Leo Strauss, that currently works at the Brookings Institution, as a guest on his show.
Galston believes Romney would be the strongest candidate to beat Barack Obama.
Nonsense.
Galston probably believed that Gerald Ford was the strongest candidate to beat Jimmy Carter in 1976.
Ron Paul like Ronald Reagan before him was not the choice of either the Republican Party establishment nor the Democratic Party establishment in 1976 or 1980. Both party establishments want to nominate a progressive or liberal candidate. Romney and Perry are the leading candidates for the Republican Party establishment.
The conservative and libertarian movement will stay home on election day if the Republican Party nominates yet another progressive and/or neoconservative.
I simply do not trust Romney. He is a progressive Republican.
If I want to vote for a progressive candidate, I would vote for Obama or Clinton.
Since I am a traditional libertarian or classical liberal I plan to support and vote for Ron Paul.
However, in defense of William, Ron Paul, his campaign staff and supporters would be well advised to read Galston’s papers to understand how the a progressive liberal Democrat thinks and who they wish to run against so they can win.
The focus should be first on the issue of trust.
Do you trust Barack Obama or Ron Paul?
The second focus should be on the economy, job creation and inflation (rising food, gasoline and clothing prices).
Paul must link balancing the budget, cutting spending and taxes, creating money, and bringing the troops home with creating more jobs.
Every issue discussed should be linked to creating more jobs and moving away from a warfare and welfare economy to a peace and prosperity economy.
Ron Paul should start asking the American people during the remaining debates the following:
“Are you better off than you were four years ago?”
Just like Ronald Reagan did:
Reagan 1980 Are you better off than you were four years ago?
If you want cradle to grave dependency on the government and a warfare and welfare economy, vote for Romney, Perry or Obama.
If you want to put faith, family, friends and freedom first and a peace and prosperity economy, vote for Ron Paul.
William the time has come to have Ron Paul as a guest on your show.

One Year to Go: President Barack Obama’s Uphill Battle for Reelection in 2012
William A. Galston
“…Despite recent signs of a modest upturn in President Barack Obama’s political fortunes, the 2012 election is likely to be close and hard-fought. More than in any contest since 1992, the economy will be the overwhelming focus. But fundamental clashes about the role of government will also be in play against a backdrop of record low public confidence in our governing institutions. And contests involving incumbents tend to be referenda on their records more than choices between candidates. If the election pitting Obama against the strongest potential Republican nominee, former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, were held tomorrow, the president would probably lose.
But a year is a very long time in American politics, and three factors could change the odds in Obama’s favor. Economic growth could exceed expectations, and the unemployment rate—long stuck at 9 percent—could come down fast enough to restore a modicum of Americans’ shattered hopes for the future. The Republicans could commit creedal suicide by nominating a presidential candidate outside the mainstream or unqualified for the office. And the Obama campaign could make a wise
decision to focus first and foremost on the states—principally in the Midwest—that have decided presidential elections in the past half century and are poised to do so again next year. If the president tries to rerun his 2008 campaign under very different circumstances, he could end up turning potential victory into defeat. …”
“…During the 2007-2009 recession, median household income declined by 3.2 percent. Since the official end of the recession in mid-2009, it has declined by an additional 6.7 percent. Median household income now stands below what it was in 2000. For most American households, the past ten years have been a lost decade.
While some groups have done worse than others, few have been spared. Median income for households headed by high school graduates has declined by 13.6 percent since 2007. But those with some college education have lost 12 percent, and even those headed by college graduates have lost 6.9 percent. Young adults and those nearing retirement have been especially hard-hit in the past two years: since mid-2009, household incomes of those under 25 are down 9.5 percent, 25 to 34 year olds have surrendered 9.8 percent, and households headed by workers in their early 60s have shed 10.7 percent on top of a 10.8 percent decline in 2007-2009—a staggering 21.5 percent loss overall.
During the early phase of the Obama administration, the vast majority of Americans blamed former president George W. Bush for the country’s economic woes. While they still do, President Obama is increasingly being held responsible as well: 53 percent of the voters now blame him a “great deal” or a “moderate amount” for the economy, up more than 20 points. Not surprisingly, most Republicans have held him responsible from the very beginning, and most Democrats still don’t. The big swing has come among Independents, whose “blame Obama” percentage has risen from 37 percent in early 2009 to 60 percent in the fall of 2011 (Gallup,
September 21, 2011). …”
“…To an extraordinary degree, public attention is focused on a single issue. Fifty-seven percent of the people regard the economy and jobs as the most important issues facing the country, compared to 5 percent for the budget deficit, 2 percent for health and education, and 1 percent for poverty, crime and war. (Neither abortion nor moral values registers even 1 percent.)
Most people think the economy is doing badly, and they don’t expect things to improve anytime soon. This represents an abrupt change. As recently as the first quarter of 2011, more people thought the economy was getting better than getting worse. By September, only 12 percent saw improvement, while 43 percent were experiencing decline. Indeed, four in five Americans think the economy is still in recession, and only 37 percent think it will be better a year from now. Only 15 percent think they are better off than when Obama became president, versus 35 percent who feel worse off.
A recent Wall Street Journal analysis illuminates the harsh reality underlying this assessment. During the 2007-2009 recession,
median household income declined by 3.2 percent. Since the official end of the recession in mid-2009, it has declined by an additional 6.7 percent. Median household income now stands below what it was in 2000. For most American households, the past ten years have been a lost decade. …”

The Brand of Conservatism That Will Win (and the One That Will Fail) in 2012
William A. Galston, Senior Fellow, Governance Studies
The New Republic
“…Tuesday night’s election results illuminate the terrain on which the 2012 election will be fought. The American people want government to address their problems, but not at the cost of excessive intrusion in their lives. They recoil from ideologically motivated attacks on workers and on women. While they are open to a moderate brand of conservatism, they will reject a harder-edge and more extreme version. …”
